hi my name is All and i am a high school student from france my family and i have a new routine during lockdown
we wake up at 7 o'clock every morning on mondays Wednesday and fridays mi grandma
Zara and i make breakfast but tuesdays Thursdays and saturdays my parents make breakfast for the family
at 8:15 am from Monday to friday my father Malik goes to work because he is an essential worker he works at a pharmacy my mother Fatima teaches english from home and i study remotely using the computer
after that my mon and i exercise in the living room every day for 20 minutes at 11 am and then we clean the house with my grandma from 11:30 to 1 pm
at 1:30 pm my grandma my mon and i have lunch together and then we rest from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
every everning when my dad comes home from work at 5 pm we play cards together and at 77 o'clock we have dinner
on sundays we all make breakfast together at 8:30 am and we watch a movie after lunch.

Excersise from to be at to 11:00 am
