La cosa aquí sería reemplazar algunas palabras de las oraciones por may, might, must, should, could, would, etc (modals) + have + verbo en pasado participio.
Explicación:
Por ejemplo, en la primera reemplazas el maybe por may y queda así:
- He may have learned Spanish as a child.
↑
modal + have + verb p. participle
O en la segunda:
- You shouldn't have asked him to do it.
modal + have + verb p. participle
