Dear teacher

My friend is addicted to his Smartphone and I don't know what to do, that's why I ask you for your advice.

He is on his cell phone all day, he doesn't let go of it even to go to the bathroom and many times that's why time goes by very quickly.

He was very responsible, focused and did his things on time, but now because he is on his cell phone he forget things and didn't turn in his homework on time, I don't know what to do to help him.
