12x² -9x - 16x + 12 = 12x² - 30x -8x +20 

Se eliminan los "12x²" 

-25x+12= -38x+20 

38x - 25x = 20 -12 

13x = 8 

x=8/13

3x(x-3)+5(x+7)-x(x+1)-2(x^2+7)+4=0 

Aplicamos propiedad distributiva: 

3x(x) +3x(-3) + 5(x) + 5(7) + (-x)(x) +(-x)(1) +(-2)(x²) +(-2)(7) + 4 =0 

3x² - 9x + 5x +35 - x² - x -2x² -14 +4 =0 

(3x²-x²-2x²) + (-9x+5x-x) + (35-14+4) =0 

0 + (-5x) + (25) =0 
25 =5x 
25/5=x 
5=x
