x = 19 + 2y / 5

13 - 4y / 7 = 19 + 2y / 5

5 ( 13 - 4y ) = 7 ( 19 + 2y )

65 - 20y = 133 + 14y

-20y - 14y = 133 - 65

-34y = 68 ( - 1 )

y = -68 / 34

y = -2

7x + 4 * ( -2 ) = 13

7x - 8 = 13

7x = 13 + 8
