Patient: Good morning
Nurse: Hello good morning, what can I do for you?
Patient: Well, I need to complain about the service in this hospital, i've been calling since yesterday night and nobody has been answer me
Nurse: I'm so sorry, we had aproblem with the guy that used to answer the cellphone, he quit yesterday and we have'nt found someone yet.
Patient: I understand that, but you can't permmit all of that, most of those calls are very important
Nurse: You are right, we will solve that as soon as possible
Patient: thanks.

Paciente: Bueno, tengo que quejarme del servicio en este hospital, he estado llamando desde ayer por la noche y nadie me ha respondido
Enfermera: Lo siento mucho, tuvimos un problema con el tipo que solía contestar el teléfono celular, se fue ayer y todavía no hemos encontrado a alguien.
Paciente: entiendo eso, pero no puedes permitir todo eso, la mayoría de esas llamadas son muy importantes
Enfermera: tienes razón, lo solucionaremos lo antes posible
Paciente: gracias.
