Explicación:

El Pasado Continuo. Se forma con el Verbo to be en pasado ( was / were ) + verbo con ing.

El Pasado Simple. Se forma con un verbo en pasado. Si el Verbo es Regular se le agrega D o ED. y si el Verbo es Irregular cambia su forma.
