In picture B, there isn't  a woman without children, there is a woman with one child.

C) In picture A , there are 2 cars.

In picture B, there aren't 2 cars, there is only 1.

D) In picture A, there is a Sports Shop.

In picture B, there isn't a Sports Shop, there is a supermarket.

Explicación:

Solo se trata de comparar las dos imágenes, There is lo usas cuando quieres hablar de algo singular: There is a pencil on my table (Hay un lápiz sobre mi mesa) There isn't a pencil on my table (No hay un lápiz sobre mi mesa) y There are para el plural: There are two pencils on my  table (Hay dos lápices sobre mi mesa) There aren't two pencils on my table (No hay dos lápizes sobre mi mesa.
