5y = x - 6

y = (x - 6)/5

5(1 - 3x) = 2(x - 6)

5 - 15x = 2x - 12

-15x - 2x = -12 - 5

-17x = -17

x = -17 / -17

x = 1

5y = x - 6

5y = 1 - 6

5y = -5
