My ideal healthy breakfast would be:  Tomato toast whit macadamia ricotta.

Description / Preparation

1) In a food processor, purée the macadamias, salt, lemon juice and water together until smooth.

2) Toast the bread slices and spread them with the macadamia ricotta.

3) Cut the tomato into slices and put them on top. Add a little oregano and olive oil and enjoy!
