Welcome back to the weekly podcast! Today we have an interesting theme. We are going to talk about reading in the digital age. It is important to mention that nowadays, the new generation of young people is not into reading very much. They prefer to spend time on the Internet, chatting, uploading and watching posts, pictures and videos. All these activities make them lose the ability to concentrate, so they feel insecure and they are usually overloaded with information. What can we do about it? Well … it would be fantastic if we could lock them up in the closest library, but obviously, that is not an option. That’s why we have to find a balance between the internet and reading time.
