When leaving the house, you should wear a mask and gloves, when you return, remove them and discard them or wash them with plenty of soap.

Hands should be disinfected with an antibacterial gel constantly, likewise, hands should be washed with soap.

All food that enters the home must also be washed and disinfected. The covers must be discarded, or disinfected. Most of all, maintain good cleanliness throughout the home.
