Respuesta:

She feels really happy (Pronoun)  - Daniela feels really happy (Noun)

He is sad because his best friend is sick (Pronoun) - Luis is sad because Daniel, his best friend is sick (Noun)

They are happy because they are going to travel to the beach (Pronoun) - Daniela, Camila and Felipe are happy because they are going to travel to the beach (noun)

We are mad because the movie was terrible (Pronoun) - Daniel and I are made because the movie was terrible (Noun)

She is happy because she adopted a dog (Pronoun) - Daisy is happy because she adopted a dog (Noun)

PDTA: No entendí muy bien si era la misma frase con pronombre y con sustantivo, pero en el caso de que no sea así simplemente cambias el complemento de la oración.
