Respuesta: 1. I have built six model cars since last Christmas. 2. Have you seen Mary and tom since Tuesday, Alan? 3. Mandy hasn´t played the violin for two weeks. 34. My father has had his butterfly collection since last June. 5. We have been members of this club since 1998. 6. Sam hasn´t bought any new video games for three months.

Explicación: Siempre que hay un "have/has" (que es lo que creo que trata esta tarea) pones el verbo que te dan en past participle, por ejemplo: Monica has been outside for 2 hours. como hay un "has" en vez de poner el verbo "was" puse "been", espero quedó claro :)
