Para expresar lo que está pasando ahora mismo, recuerda usar el present continuous en inglés. En español a veces usáis el presente simple:
¿Qué haces? (What are you doing?)
¿Vienes? Sí, voy. (Are you coming? Yes, I‘m coming.)
¿Adónde vas? Voy a la tienda. (Where are you going? I‘m going to the store.)
