My brother was born in Venezuela in 1969, and in 1990 he went to France to study engineering.

After graduating with honors in 1995 from one of the best French universities, he traveled to Mexico, where he settled.

He married a woman of Russian nationality in 2000 and had three children.

He served as chief engineer at Pemex until 2019 when stomach cancer was detected.

He died in February 2020.
